“I sliced my finger with a knife yesterday and it severed the tendon on my left index finger” – Cal Crutchlow.
Yes, you read it right. MotoGP LCR Honda rider Cal Crutchlow has injured himself by a knife that led to distortion of tendon in his left index finger.
Cal Crutchlow explained to media that he injured himself with a knife but slept on it with a hope that it’ll get better by morning; thing’s didn’t go to the plan and bleeding continued in morning as well.
Rushing to the Pistoia hospital next morning, which is near to his training base in Italy, doctors made a minor surgery. Crutchlow also told that he further got his hand checked by a hand specialist.
Although, no strong opinion can be made about Cal riding his bike at this weekend’s Misano GP but he is hopeful to get healthy asap and give his hundred percent.
On the another news; Yamaha Movistar rider Valentino Rossi is confirmed out of the Misano GP due to the leg injury. Yamaha has confirmed that they will not replace him with any other rider. We hope both riders get well soon asap.
